who we help:
Teams who want to work better together
Managers who prefer collaborative, interactive learning
People who prefer self-directed deep dives into one development area at a time
why our clients say they hire us for Teams:
Our team culture is undefined, nonexistent, or needs to change.
We have a team that’s not gelling.
We have a team with some difficult patterns of interaction we can’t break.
We have a team made up of personalities that conflict.
We have a team that I want to develop and retain.
why our clients say they hire us for Managers:
I have managers asking for training.
I want to support our new managers better, but we don’t have time to do it ourselves.
I’m worried that without proper support, our managers will lose confidence in themselves.
I want moving into ‘management’ to be something people in my organization see as being a positive experience.
I have noticed that some of us at work:
Would rather be doers
Are burning out
Don't know how to manage our friends
Don’t know how to handle difficult people stuff
Can’t keep up with the growth we are experiencing
Are afraid to have hard conversations
Are afraid to give feedback
Are afraid to ask for feedback
Avoid making certain decisions
Don’t get along
Struggle with delegating
Blame
self-directed courses
Our growing suite of self-directed courses are for people who prefer to learn independently. For accountability and support, we recommend partnering up with someone. If not, consider including 1-2 coaching sessions. I know you’re a very reliable and conscientious human, but there’s no substitute for accountability and support when you are trying to make a change.
coaching sessions
We offer group and 1:1 coaching sessions. Coaching is one way to help you stay accountable to what you are working on, and deepen your awareness of what is going on for you (and for others).
